The three-year action implementation plan for deepening reform of CC7 (2020-2022) and the list of work tasks, the entity construction plan of the “core level” working level, and Chongqing Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. of Sinochem funding plan were reviewed and approved. It was pointed out at the meeting that the mixed reform of Chongqing Branch has entered a critical stage, and it is necessary to complete the investment by Chongqing Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. of Sinochem as soon as possible, and accelerate the process of mixed reform. Chengdu, Luzhou and Chongqing branches are required to speed up the process of entity construction of “core level” working level, create a community of “risk sharing and benefit sharing”, and ensure that the target tasks are completed on schedule by the end of 2020.
